Situated in peaceful countryside just north of Kendal, Crook Howe is a comfortable home with two letting bedrooms. Being just off the M6 we are well situated for access into the Lake District or for an overnight stay on a longer journey.

The market town of Kendal is full of charm with cobbled streets and 'yards' offering a unique shopping and relaxing visitor experience. There are plenty of places to eat out to suit all budgets. Kendal Castle which is a short walk from the town was the birthplace of Katherine Parr - Henry VIII's sixth and last wife. Coarse fishing is available in Whinfell Tarn which adjoins Crook Howe and we have fishing rights on the tarn. As the picture below shows the tarn is home to fish big enough to satisfy the needs of most anglers!
